That doesn't mean they all have to be made up of the same colors, they just have to share some similar colors and tones. While this idea may seem intimidating to some people it needn't be. Learn to trust your eye. You'll instinctively know if something looks good to you or if it doesn't seem quite right.
There's an infinite array of finishes, colors, decorations, and prices. Although the sky is the limit when it comes to giving your home interior a new look, it's important to narrow down a specific theme for your project. Start With the Basics. If you haven't identified your particular style yet, or if you're uncertain about how to proceed, you can consider four main styles to choose from:

If there's an awkward space between the top of the bookcase and the ceiling, or between the side of the bookcase and the wall you can get a plain MDF panel, paint it the same color as the bookcase, and then install moulding. You'll get a professional built-in look and no one will ever know the difference.
In a formal style interior, a central focal point draws the eye. It might be a beautiful picture window looking out to a perfectly manicured lawn. The focal point might be a fireplace in the center of the longest wall. Or the focal point might be an exquisite piece of furniture.
